Returns & Refunds Policy for Dranks Disposable
We stand behind the quality of every Dranks 2g Disposable we sell. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your Dranks vape, please read the guidelines below. We are here to make it right.
1. General Return Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of Liquid Diamond products, we have strict return guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene:
- Unopened Products: We accept returns on factory-sealed, unopened Dranks 2g Disposables within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened/Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any Dranks vape that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
2. Defective Dranks Hardware (DOA Policy)
We recognize that hardware issues can occasionally occur. If your Dranks 2g Disposable arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, you are protected under our Hardware Warranty:
Covered Issues Include:
- Battery does not charge (confirmed via USB-C connection).
- Device does not fire or produce vapor.
- Dranks Dual 2g flavor switch is jammed or non-functional upon arrival.
- Leaking or damaged cartridge upon unboxing.
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage (dropping the Dranks disposable).
- Clogging due to improper storage or heavy use (see our FAQ for unclogging tips).
- Devices where more than 50% of the oil has been consumed.
3. How to Claim a Refund or Exchange for Your Dranks Vape
To initiate a return for a defective Dranks 2g Liquid Diamond product:
- Contact Us: Email dranksdisposable@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the defect (e.g., the Dranks Dual 2g battery light blinking or visible oil leakage).
- Approval: Our team will review your case within 24 hours. If approved, we will issue a replacement Dranks disposable or store credit.
4. Refund Process
- Replacement Priority: For defective Dranks products, our first action is usually to ship a free replacement.
- Store Credit: If a replacement is out of stock, we will issue store credit so you can choose another Dranks 2g flavor.
- Original Payment Refunds: Refunds to the original payment method are only available for unopened, returned merchandise. Processing time is [5-10 business days] after we receive the returned item.
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for defective products. For buyer’s remorse returns (unopened only), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong Dranks Disposable flavor or are missing a Dranks Dual 2g from your order, please notify us immediately. We will ship the correct product with expedited shipping at no cost to you.
